Today, June 04, 2022, evangelists and parish leaders of EAR Butansinda met in a one retreat. The event took place at the parish headquarters and brought together more than 70 people.
EAR BUTANSINDA PARISH: EVANGELISTS AND PARISH LEADERS MEET IN A ONE DAY RETREAT
Among the facilitators we had Reverend NTAKIRUTIMANA Venant, Head of Mission in the Anglican Church of Rwanda, Shyogwe Diocese, and Reverend MUHAWENIMANA Assa, Retired Pastor from Nyamagana Parish. The topics covered include:
- Responsibilities of catechists and local church leaders;
- How to improve evangelism work in our parish?
- Sunday Service organisation in the Anglican Church of Rwanda.
During this retreat, two elements proved to be important for the integral and rapid development of our parish. It is about spiritual renewal and the commitment of each and every one to the service of God. Towards the end of the retreat, the participants adopted some recommendations that will serve as a tool to materialize the lessons learned. Below are some photos:
